Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. LOGIESTIME, is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or for packages held due to unpaid fees.

Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for parcels lost or returned due to incorrect address information. If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier but not received, customers should contact the courier directly for assistance.
